Government of Canada has agreements with most of the Canadian provinces and territories, by virtue of which those provinces can nominate foreign nationals for permanent residence in Canada.

Streams of Provincial Nomination:

i.  Skilled worker stream

ii. Entrepreneur stream

iii. Agriculture & Farm Management Stream
Skilled worker streams of PNP Programs are employer driven and foreign nationals are required to have a job offer from an eligible employer in that province. However, some streams do not require job offer. For details contact us.

Eligibility

You are assessed by the province according to its published criteria. The common assessment factors are Education, age, experience, language proficiency, adaptability and arranged employment. Each province has its own passing marks criteria.

After you are positively assessed by a province and issued nomination certificate, your file is referred to Citizenship and immigration Canada for federal processing. CIC performs your admissibility checks including security, medical and criminal checks. Once all the checks are confirmed, Permanent resident visa is issued to you and you are allowed to travel to Canada.
